Whether it’s improving digital tools, rethinking services, or creating new experiences, we take a human-led approach from start to finish.Our name reflects what we care about: 🌴 Palme – for growth, resilience and groundedness & 🌈 Rainbow – for optimism, diversity and bold creativity (And yes, our logo brings it all together—with palm trees, pinks, purples, and playfulness in the mix.)We're led by Lucia Rodriguez Perez, a London-based lead researcher, designer and engineer who’s passionate about understanding, creating and enriching human experiences—across both digital and physical spaces. With over a decade of experience spanning public services, startups, charities, hospitality, arts, museums, and major brands, we love connecting the dots between people, strategy and ideas.Our approach is all about:
